Steakhouse Menu


Ralph’s Steak House is open Wednesday – Saturday 5 pm – 10 pm


Appetizers


  • Baked Mushroom Caps – Fresh Mushrooms stuffed with Crab, Cream Cheese and Green Onions, served with Garlic Toast
  • Spicy Calamari – Breaded Calamari dusted with Frank’s dry seasoning, served with Garlic Aoli
  • Garlic Shrimp – Jumbo Shrimp pan-fried in fresh Garlic, Butter and seasoning. 1/2 Dozen or Dozen
  • Cajun Shrimp – Jumbo Shrimp pan-fried in fresh Garlic, Peppers, Onions and Cajun Spice 1/2 Dozen or Dozen
  • Escargot  – Baked in Garlic Butter, topped with Cheese, Tomato & Green Onions, served with Garlic Toast
  • Short Dry Ribs – Bone in Pork Side Ribs slow roasted and tossed with Sea Salt & Pepper, served with Poblano Ranch dressing

Ralph’s Broiler


  • Filet Mignon – Very thick and juicy. The most tender steak. 6, 8 or 10 oz
  • New York – Center cut strip loin. Always a popular choice. 8, 10 or 12 oz
  • Rib Eye – The richest cut with the most marbling. 10, 12 or 16 oz.
  • Sirloin – Center cut sirloin, a flavorful steak. 8, 10 or 12 oz
  • Prime Rib – Enjoy our famous mouth watering prime rib slow cooked in our specialty oven, served in its own juice with Yorkshire Pudding. 10 oz, 12 oz or 16 oz.

Our chefs at Ralph’s will cut any steak larger for an additional charge.
